Greetings,
Im looking to buy a garden tractor.I already own a 2210 I just want something a little smaller.Im looking at two older John Deere garden tractors a 330 with 770 hrs with a 46 inch deck asking price 2,700$ and a 318 with not sure how many hours on this unit it has a 46inch deck asking 2,500$ What do you think of these prices Im just getting started and I figured that with all the knowlege on this board I get some good info on what these tractors are worth.

For us up here in Central NY they are a little steep. Sold a couple 318's this year both went out under 2000. They were good working units one mildly cosmetically challaged but with a blade for 1800 and the cleaner one with a new deck for the same. ....

Are you just wanting to mow with it ? At those prices it would seem one of the new JD's at the Home depot or a cub cadet would be the ticket. The prices I see the models you mentioned sell on eBay for make me cringe. WOW ! $$$ ....

I would agree with Doc.. I was at Home Depot this weekend and noticed the new L130 features a 23-hp, Kohler V-twin. This unit ran for 2100.00 ....
